Party City

I don’t know where the party city, so Coste went to look for a costume that should’ve been in the store, but wasn’t went to order it online and 10 minutes made it decided to cancel it because the cost them online did not have all of the parts making the cancellation the online people said give them 24 hours to cancel it literally called and left in 10 minutes after making the purchase online 24 hours later they still charged the card and process the delivery which then I called and they they said that they should’ve canceled it, but for some reason they didn’t and for me to take it back to the store, which would be 20 minutes out of the way so then now I have to wait for something. I canceled to return it and wait for a refund after canceling it less than 10 minutes also, like to mention, there were only two people at the register one person putting stock up that helped in the store, which was very very disappointing for one person to help on a busy day and multiple people needed assistance no party at party city.

Trying to find a corn on the cob costume is next to impossible at a costume store!!! The staff was beyond useless. They gave me the typical retail response, if it's not on the shelf we don't have it. Didn't even attempt to look in the back or check the computer. So Party City responded to my review and asked me to call them. I called the Party City number that they gave me three times. The first time Patrick, hung up on me. The second time Peter put me on hold because he didn't comprehend what I was asking him. He just kept asking me for an order number no matter how many times I told him I'm calling at the request of Party City. I am not surprised at this typical retail response. They don't have what you want and they're going to give me every excuse in the book about how they appreciate my business and then when I call them at their request their people hang up on me and put me on hold I will never ever shop at Party City again

My visit here was to look for a dinosaur. As I entered there is a fabulous assortment of Halloween items from A to Z. The aisles were beautifully presented, color coordinated and you are sure to find something, even if it's something you didn't even intend to get. I'd like to thank Jay & Rabree for their refreshing conversation and politeness. They are there to help you find anything your heart desires. I know at the end of the day this store must be in a total disarray but their hard work presenting it in a neat and tidy fashion showed on my visit. It was really enjoyable to roam each and every asile, so THANK YOU JAY & RABREE for a delightful visit & I did find & purchase items & the dinosaur.

I went to go fix a balloon order for a different color and Jill “helped” me. She started to gain an attitude when I wanted to make sure I got the correct balloon color. It was as if my clarification was an inconvenience to her and she emptied out my bag with an attitude. When I had asked for any other colored balloon weight, I got an even bigger attitude and slammed the balloon weights on the counter. The whole encounter was extremely unpleasant.
